The National Museum of Science and Technology (MUNCYT) in Alcobendas will host an exhibition related to the EDUROVs Initiative and Marine Robotics workshops during August and September.

Young people aged 12 years and over will be able to participate in these Marine Robotics workshops that last one hour and a half, from August 2 to September 29, 2019, Tuesday to Friday from 11:30 to 13:00 hours, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 12:30 to 14:00 hours. These workshops could be requested at the Museum ticket office until full capacity.

PLOCAN has completed the implementation of the Communication and Dissemination activities in the Marine-Maritime Sector (CODIMAR) Project, which sought to generate new communication and scientific dissemination mechanisms, as well as to take advantage and reinforce the projects in execution and the events held in PLOCAN with specific actions.

The CODIMAR Project has achieved its objectives, impacting on society and schools, with the participation of more than 500 students and 37 schools in the 3D printing workshops, the production of 19 videos made by schools within the video contest on the educational initiative EDUROVs and the development of two permanent interactive exhibitions on marine-maritime activities based on the facilities and services offered by PLOCAN.
